Who is SandorMax?
After extensive naming
studies, the company founders decided upon a name
for their emerging company that would pay homage
to their grandparents. Zoltan’s grandfather
Sandor was a talented artist and visionary and
these are the qualities that he himself brings
to his role as Creative Director. Julia’s
grandfather Max was a mathematician and inventor
who imparted a passion for analysis and strategy,
which is the foundation of her role as Marketing
Strategist. Thus, the art and science of design
and marketing is reflected in the company’s
name and origins.

company and is a Women’s Business Enterprise
certified by the State of Connecticut’s
