This emerging technology company turned to SandorMax to provide user interface design and logic consulting for its flagship software program. This powerful software is being marketed to large retailers to increase call center revenue and the interface design had to reflect and promote its potential revenue-generating capabilities. The user interface was carefully designed to maximize the upselling process and increase the efficiency and sales targets of call center staff. Working closely with IntuaSell’ software developers, the SandorMax team designed a prototype interface that has garnered glowing reviews from the management and development teams.
